The Club at Sonterra is looking for energetic and personable candidates to join a dynamic food and beverage team.
Bartender
Requirements:
- At least a year of experience tending bar
- TABC and Food Handlers Certificate
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended period of time while accommodating quests effectively and politely
Duties of Bartending:
- Being able to mix drinks for members in an orderly fashion manner.
- Maintain the supplies and inventory behind the bar.
- Must be able to lift 25lbs-50lbs
- Cocktail serving three different rooms plus the bar and sometimes our outdoor patio area.
- Cashing out members
- Closing down the bar
- Working with IBS or a computer similar
- Working as a team
